2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery
• Product can be used, opened, up to 25 oz still in bottle
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
